Replacement, Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Replacement Policy

As customer we know that, we are responsible to see to it that you get the best value for the money spend by you. But, as a farmer we sell product which are perishable in nature, and its quality depends upon the various factors which are beyond our control. We promise to sell the best quality of product and it will be courier through the reputed courier company, but kindly note that incase you receive bad or rotten, damage fruit we are not obliged to give you any replacement or not even obliged to pay you back your money.


Refunds Policy

In the event we are not able to provide you a replacement, for reasons including but not limited to season ending, not enough production, lack of service of courier, we will issue you refunds for the amount you have paid us. Wherever possible, the refund will be given to the same payment source where the payment was made from. If that is not possible, refund will be issued to a bank account, the details of which will be asked from the email id which was used to place the order. The refunds will be remitted to your accounts after the end of the mango season, in between 5th  June to 15th  June, every year!


Returns Policy

Daklemangoes.com is a website operated by farmers and selling farm products, primarily fruits, which you are aware, are perishable products. You understand that these fruits cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit. Hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product.

Hence, as a policy, we do not accept returns, for any product.


Cancellation Policy

You are aware that once you place an order, our farmer members harvest the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that fruits once harvested, cannot be put back on to the trees. Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled.
